Terms of Service

GeneralBy commissioning me, you agree to my terms and have taken the time to read through. As the artist, I am generally open to discussing potential projects and ideas that you have in mind. We can talk through it however long you would like before coming to a decision. Please specify if you would be requesting something safe or spicy.I will do: Humans, furries, and other humanoid characters.I will not do: Gore, Non-con, Scat, Vore and loli/shota.Payments & RefundsAll payments must be paid upfront for any given commission. The commission will start on the following day after payment. Payments can go through Ko-Fi, or PayPal Invoice. There are no refunds once a sketch gets finalized. On rare occasions, if it comes to pass that I can not continue the project you will receive a refund.RevisionsRevisions are unlimited during the sketching phase, once the sketch is finalized there are no more pose revisions. Only minor adjustments such as color adjustments, hair correction, and missing features such as tattoos, makeup or horns later down the line.CommunicationsThe best way to communicate would be through Discord or Twitter DMs.

Throughout the lifespan of the project. I will be updating the Commissioner when I have made major progress with water-marked images of the project in question.Usage RightsYou may use the finished art for whatever you please. Whether it be personal use or commercial use, it is of no concern to me as long as you give me due credit. HOWEVER, please do not use it for AI training.

Upon violation of the artist's Terms of Service. The Artist can stop and scrap the whole project. *The commissioner can also potentially be blacklisted from ever requesting future commissions from the artist "Gooey Oso"
